1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions f bazi (fbazi.ws) and its members. f baziBy using 's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. f bazi Reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, but members will be properly notified before any changes take effect.

2 Account Registration

f baziOpening an account at is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Creating an account with false information f baziDirectly violates f bazi's policies and may result in permanent account closure.

2.1 Required Registration Information

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number (linked to bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• A strong password

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may only open one f bazi account per person. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses cancelled. We reserve the right to withhold deposited funds as well. f bazi reserves.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

f bazi f bazi may request identity verification from any member at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID or passport, along with a screenshot of your mobile banking account. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

f baziMembers must be 18 years of age or older to participate. This is strictly enforced, and violations may result in legal action.

The following individuals are also f bazi Cannot be used by:

• Residents of countries where online betting is completely prohibited
• Individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program
• Individuals who are not of sound mind

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. To withdraw the bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered at least 5 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim a bonus offer once only.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any bonus obtained using a VPN or proxy will be voided.

5.3 Cashback & Reload Bonus

Regular members receive weekly cashback and reload bonuses, which are typically credited every Monday. Cashback is calculated at 5%–10% of the previous week's total losses.

6 Betting Rules

f baziThere are a few basic rules that apply when betting on f bazi. These rules cover all betting markets.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• F bazi reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Live bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each event. This may vary depending on the event type, market, and your account tier. VIP members are generally eligible for higher bet amounts.

6.3 Result Declaration

Results will be determined in accordance with the decisions of the official sports governing body or the match authority. In the event of any dispute, f bazi's decision shall be considered final.

7 Fraud & Abuse

f bazi A strict zero-tolerance policy applies to all forms of fraud, manipulation, and system abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Betting using match-fixing schemes or insider information
• Accessing from a Restricted Region via VPN or Proxy
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Using or accessing another person's account
• Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage

If any of these activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Responsible Betting

10 Account Suspension & Closure

f bazi f bazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false information
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions
• KYC Verification Failure
• Extended Inactivity (More Than 12 Months)
• At the member's own request

Accounts are generally given 48 hours' notice before closure. However, accounts involved in fraud may be closed immediately. A ৳50 inactivity fee may be charged monthly on dormant accounts.

11 Limitation of Liability

f bazi Not liable under the following circumstances:

• Bets Lost Due to Internet Disconnection
• Account hacked due to the member's own negligence
• Third-Party Payment Gateway Failure
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical issues
• Losses incurred due to a member providing incorrect information

However f baziIn the event of a financial loss directly caused by f bazi's error, compensation will be provided up to the value of the affected bet.

12 Changes & Updates

f bazi These terms and conditions may be updated, amended, or revised at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes via SMS or email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may request account closure by contacting our support team.
